INROADS is an organization that seeks to increase business career opportunities and knowledge for the best ethnically diverse students , while giving corporations the opportunity to develop diverse managerial talent. In response to the growing demand from business for talented, qualified , diverse employees , INROADS was established to identify interested, capable high school, college and university students who would pursue business, engineering, computer and information sciences, sales, marketing, allied health care, healthcare management, and retail management careers.

MISSION: Develop and place talented minority youth in business and industry and prepare them for corporate and community leadership.

	12.20.2006 Andre Lee, Nashville Alumnus and INROADS Staff Recognized National Director of Recruiting, Andre Lee, and former business partner, Dennis Hayes were recently featured in Tennessee State University's College of Business alumni newspaper for "creativity and business savvy," as students.

	12.20.2006 INROADS Pittsburgh Alumnus, Mauro Wolfe, is partner at Dickstein, Shapio, LLP- New York Law firm Mauro M. Wolfe joined Dickstein Shapiro LLP’s Securities – Litigation, Regulatory, & Compliance – Practice as partner. Mr. Wolfe will focus his practice on securities regulation, enforcement, and white-collar criminal matters.

	12.20.2006 INROADS Alumna Competes in CBS's "Amazing Race" INROADS Alumna A. Lyn Turk (formerly Curtis), and teammate Karlyn, are competing on CBS's "Amazing Race" Reality Show this season. Referring to themselves as the "Black Debutantes" of the Race, this Alabama duo intends to compete with style, class and dignity.
