Alumni
On an annual basis, alumni chapters
across the country actively strive to
fulfill the NIAA's objectives in supporting
the INROADS mission. Through the assistance
and facilitation of intern and Pre-College
training workshops, personal financial
giving, service on INROADS affiliate boards
and reaching out to minority youth through
mentoring programs, alumni effectively
"live" the INROADS mission each day. The
NIAA is a unified organization with by-laws,
articles of affiliation, and guidelines for
membership. In its current structure, local
associations who meet the following
conditions are considered member chapters of
the NIAA once they:
- Form a local association with officers.
- Adopt by-laws that comply with the
national organization to govern and manage
the local association.
- Commit financial resources to pay the
NIAA assessment fee and join the financial
system of INROADS.
Transitional workshops conducted during annual Seniors Conferences
serve as opportunities to encourage
participation by all future alumni. These
and other activities expose INROADS
graduates to a vast network of dynamic
professionals on their path to leadership in
corporate America and their community.
